Q: How much is my coin worth?

 

A: This question can only be answered after your coin is seen and examined. Coin values depend on a number of factors, including condition & grade. If you want an accurate value for your coin, be sure to stop by our location and one of our professionals will examine it.


Q: Should I send my coin to PCGS, NGC or ANACS?

 

A: TECC encourages you to ask questions regarding submitting coins to any grading service prior to purchase. We will offer our opinion; however, you are ultimately responsible for this decision. Per our return policy, you have 7 days in which to view the piece in hand and make your decision.


Q: Do you guarantee that a third party grading service will holder a coin I buy from you?

 

A: Grading is a subjective opinion that is based on knowledge and experience in the industry.  With that said, The Executive Coin Company is confident that our grading is accurately represented with over 50 years of numismatic experience.  Any coin or currency item sent to a third-party grading service may not be returned as they offer their opinion only.  We also do not guarantee that the particular grade assigned to a sale item will be exactly the same as any grading service. Since, the Executive Coin Company offers you a 7 day return privilege upon receipt of package, we suggest that you review the item, and based on your opinion and knowledge you must decide if you want the item to be certified by a third-party grading service.


Q: How do i know that this business is reputable?

 

A: The Executive Coin Company is well known in the coin industry and you are welcome to contact any other large coin company to verify this. We have been officially in business since 1990 and you can read more about the history of the company here. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and our business is listed here. We also have been a member of the eBay community for over 9 years.

Q: Is my information secure?

A: The Executive Coin Company’s official website uses the highest level of security to ensure that your information is safe. All of our account pages, shopping cart pages and login pages are encrypted using Secure Socket Layers. This site is secured through Equifax.

Q: What are my payment options?


A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We also accept checks* and money orders.


Please Note that orders paid with a personal check, certified check or money order will ship Ten (10) Business days after processing the payment.

 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?


A: Go to Customer Resources and click on Order Status / History link. Log in your account. There you will be able to see your order history and the status of your order. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q:How long does it take to process my order?

A: Generally, orders are shipped 3-5 business days from the time that the funds become available. Some orders may require additional processing time due to their content. To prevent processing delays, be sure to provide your cardholder information, billing address and telephone number, exactly as they are listed with your card issuer. Please call us if you have special shipping requests.

A: All packages are shipped via USPS insured mail and are insured for their FULL VALUE. Packages over $900 are sent Registered Mail.

Q: Do you ship internationally?


A: We are sorry, but due to the nature of our business, we do not ship outside of the United States of America.

 

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from The Executive Coin Company. If you’re not happy with an item received from us, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) on items returned within 7 days of receipt. No returns on bullion related items. Any coin or currency removed from its original holder is considered sold. Sealed Mint products must remain sealed and in good condition. Upon receiving the item in good condition, we will issue a prompt refund. For additional information on returning items, please visit our Return Policy page under Customer Resources.

A: Yes. The picture you see is the coin you will receive unless stated "stock photo" in the description.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?


A: If you forgot your password, go to the Your Account link under Customer Resources. There you can request a new ONE TIME use only password via e-mail. You will then have to immediately change this password again, after you login with it next time. Passwords are not recoverable in the system, so if you lost your password, the only option is to request a new one time use temporary password.
