1928 $10 Gold Certificate Avg. Circulated 1928 was the only year of issue in the new small size currency format. Very short lived issue due to the Gold Reserve Act of 1933 that required all gold certificates to be surrendered. Said to be much scarcer than their large size predecessor. Each note will ship in a PVC free holder if requested. You will receive similar notes, not the ones pictured. This is a stock item.
